Your Purchasing Options
We sell beef quarters, halves, wholes, ground beef, and steaks. All our meat is inspected by the State of Indiana for your protection, double wrapped, and frozen. All the meat is sold as a packaged, frozen product for your convenience. We also take care of and pay for all the processing for you so you don’t have to.
You will either pick up your meat at one of 2 farm locations or have it delivered. You will be asked when you checkout whether you want to pick it up at the Shipshewana farm, the Bristol farm, or if you want it delivered. We can deliver to your door if you live within 4 Michiana local counties (Lagrange, Elkhart, Cass or St. Joseph). If you live further away than that you will need to pick it up at one of our farm locations. We are not able to ship any meat to you.
If we have your meat in stock, you will be able to pick it up within a week or two on one of our meat pickup times. If we are temporarily sold out of that cut, you will be able to pick it up at the next available butchering.
