Indulge in the pure essence of farm freshness with our exquisite free-range eggs, the epitome of wholesome goodness. Sourced from our countryside farm, from our own chickens, raised here truly free-range on our farm, each egg embodies the essence of nature's bounty, delivering unrivaled taste and nutritional excellence.
Our commitment to quality begins with our happy, free-ranging hens, Martha and Lilly who are Isa Browns and lay large brown eggs, as well as Midnight, who is an Americana and lays medium light gray/green/blue eggs, who roam our property and pasture, foraging for bugs, worms, basking in the warmth of the sun and freely foraging on a natural diet. These hens are raised with care and respect, and like family, ensuring their well-being, happiness, and the superior quality of their eggs.
Our commitment to ethical farming practices ensures that every egg is bursting with wholesome goodness, free from any artificial additives or pesticides. Packed with essential nutrients, our farm-fresh eggs are a culinary delight, offering a rich, velvety texture and a vibrant, golden yolk. From fluffy omelets to decadent baked goods, elevate your culinary creations with the unparalleled freshness and flavor of our eggs.
Rest assured, our eggs are produced without the use of GMOs or artificial additives, providing you with pure, unadulterated goodness straight from the farm to your table. Treat yourself to the unparalleled taste of authenticity with our farm-fresh, free-range eggs – a true testament to the timeless allure of nature's bounty.
You can select either a variety, all brown, or all gray/blue/green eggs for your carton.
Please note - all eggs come unwashed, so they stay fresh longer for you. Farm fresh eggs have what is called a bloom or cuticle. It is an invisible protective membrane over the shell. It seals the egg from oxygen and bacteria. Grocery store eggs do not have this protective layer and thus do not last as long! For longest lasting eggs, do not wash your eggs until you are ready to eat them! To wash, simply rinse them carefully in warm water without soap. Washed eggs last about 2 months in the refrigerator. Unwashed eggs can last about 2 weeks on the counter and about 3 months in the refrigerator. If you decide to wash your eggs before storing them, make sure they are completely dry before placing them back in the container. TIP: If you are making hard-boiled eggs, the oldest eggs will be the easiest to peel!
