A personalized half of beef weighs 150 lbs. Many of our customers opt to split a half with family or friends to enjoy the price savings and the exclusive cut options of a half that are not available in a quarter. When you choose a custom half, you are able to select your preferred steaks, roasts, and cuts from a user-friendly list before finalizing your order, while the remaining portion is transformed into ground beef.

In terms of quantity, a half equates to roughly three banana boxes of meat.
